Return Policy for Moissanite Earrings

Thank you for purchasing moissanite earrings from Wisco Jeweler. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your moissanite earrings for an exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The earrings must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • All original tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized earrings.
  • Earrings that have been altered or repaired by a third party.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Shipping:
    • Securely pack the earrings, including all original packaging and accessories.
    • Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned earrings, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the earrings, please specify this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
